From October 12 to 16, Bidisha Gangopadhyay and Anjaly Suma Pacheerikattil took part in the LN2C 2026 autumn school organized by CEREGE in France. Over five days of intensive work, our PhD students collaborated with doctoral students and early-career scientists from around the world.
During the school, Bidisha and Anjaly had the opportunity to learn the systematics and fundamentals of cosmogenic isotope research. They attended sessions on obtaining, processing, and using AMS data, became familiar with laboratory procedures, and took part in sessions on interpreting isotopic data in a geological context.
This was certainly a very valuable workshop for both of them, and it will enrich the methodology of the dissertations they are currently preparing.
