INQUA Peribaltic Group meeting – Harz, Germany

From August 25th to 29th, a strong team from the Geomorphological Reconstruction Laboratory — Piotr Woźniak, Karol Tylmann, Olga Reutt, and Sanjaya Gurung — took part in the regular conference of the INQUA Peribaltic Working Group.

This time, enthusiasts of glaciations, boulders, clay, sand, and gravel of all kinds gathered in the picturesque Harz Mountains in Germany 🇩🇪. The main theme of the conference was the Saale glaciation (the equivalent of Poland’s Odra glaciation).
