At the end of June, while many people are already on vacation, we are not slowing down. For us, it’s a time of intensive field research! Karol Tylmann, Piotr Woźniak, and Sanjaya Gurung explored German lands from June 24th to 29th, searching for rocks brought by continental glaciation.
As part of Karol’s project on dating glacial erratics using cosmogenic isotopes, our team diligently collected samples from boulders in Saxony-Anhalt and Brandenburg, under the watchful eye of our German colleagues. Below, you’ll find a brief photo report from our work.
